Do you offer any discounts?
Yes. EPKrx is proud to support charitable organizations and emerging musicians. Reach out through our contact form to request a discount code.
Can I update my EPK after it’s built?
Absolutely. Your package includes one free round of edits per quarter. Additional edits are just $10 each, so you can keep your press kit fresh and up-to-date.
How long does radio promotion take?
Most radio campaigns take between 2–6 weeks, depending on the package you choose. We provide a delivery and open report so you can track progress.
What if venues don’t respond to outreach?
We only confirm booked shows — no long lists of cold contacts. If a venue doesn’t respond, we continue outreach and follow-up until your confirmed shows are secured (based on your package).
Do I need a subscription to use EPKrx?
No. EPKrx services are one-time fees, not subscriptions. You only pay for the services you need, when you need them.
Can I add promotional services later?
Yes. You can start with an EPK Build & Host and later add radio promotion, touring outreach, or press release distribution at any time.
What file types can I include in my EPK?
You can embed audio (MP3), video (YouTube/Vimeo), high-res images, and links to your social media.
